Additive Manufacturing/3D Printing Metal
Starting Point:
Mathias Consulting was retained by the owners of a high-tech company in the field of Additive Manufacturing/3D printing to assist in exploring various strategic or financial alternatives that will help to facilitate the company’s continues growth in areas along the value chain. A network of smart factories will be established providing OEMs with a seamless process to manufacture parts by 3D printing within a given time span and competitive cost compared to classic manufacturing technologies.

Measures:
Teaser document, Investor Memorandum and DCF valuation was created. Investor road show was organized. Negotiations were moderated.

1. Road show started 6 months after kick-off meeting
